What we collect. This site requires no account. We collect only what you give us: an email address if you contact us or join a waitlist, and order details if you purchase a report.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
What we publish. Site content consists of public records about condominium associations and corporate managing entities as published by the State of Florida — not personal data about individuals.
Advertising and measurement (Meta Pixel). We advertise CondoDossier on Facebook and Instagram. To see which ads lead to visits and purchases, and to show our ads to people likely to find them useful, this site uses the Meta Pixel. When you visit, your browser sends Meta technical information: the pages you view and actions such as starting checkout, along with your IP address, browser details and Meta's cookies. Meta may connect this with a Facebook or Instagram account under Meta's privacy policy. We don't send Meta your name, email address or payment details.
Turning it off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Pixel doesn't load. You can also turn off ad tracking on this browser, and manage the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
What we don't do. We don't sell your contact information, and we don't show third-party ads on this site.
Contact. Via the contact form. Form submissions are emailed to our business inbox and used only to respond to you.
