CondoDossier ("the service") is operated by Peterson Group Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we"). By using this site you agree to these terms.
Nature of the service. The service republishes public records as reported by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, together with record matching and general educational information. We are not a government agency, law firm, licensed community association manager, or real estate broker. Nothing on this site or in any report is legal, financial, or purchasing advice.
Accuracy. Information is provided "as is" and may contain errors or omissions present in source records or introduced by name-based record matching. Verify all information independently before relying on it. Each page displays its data-retrieval date; records may have changed since.
Paid reports. Purchased compliance dossiers are delivered electronically. If a report does not meet your needs, contact reports@condodossier.com within 14 days for a full refund.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
